Participation terms

These general terms are a draft template for participation in the MITOMAXX 60-day programme. Bracketed fields [LIKE THIS] must be completed and the wording checked by a legal adviser before publication. It is not legal advice.

1 · Provider

2 · What is being bought

Access to a 60-day guided educational programme: one common video per day (2–4 minutes, with subtitles, an audio-only version and a transcript), one decision, a Restore and an Optimize challenge (all optional), an optional check-in, one recall item, four live Q&As (Days 14, 28, 42 and 56) and an optional 30-day maintenance sequence after Day 60.

Education and behaviour support, not healthcare. The programme is not diagnosis, treatment, therapy or medical advice, and does not promise repair of mitochondria or any clinical outcome. Nothing in the programme replaces advice from a qualified clinician.

3 · Eligibility and suitability

The programme has two pathways (Restore and Optimize) and is intended for generally healthy adults. The founding cohort excludes ME/CFS, substantial post-exertional malaise, and medically unstable or uninvestigated persistent fatigue; pregnancy-related or acute illness concerns are referred to a clinician. A short suitability screen is part of confirming a place — it is not a diagnosis, and a place is only confirmed after it. We may decline or refund applicants the screen shows are not eligible.

4 · Price and payment

Founding-cohort price: €249 [INCL./EXCL. VAT — TO BE CONFIRMED BY TAX ADVISER]. Payment is due before access starts, via [PAYMENT METHOD]. Prices for later cohorts are set separately.

5 · Right of withdrawal and early access

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. If you ask for access to start within that period, you consent to lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. If you do not ask for early access, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. To withdraw, email [CONTACT EMAIL] using [MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM / STATEMENT].

6 · Refunds outside the withdrawal period

7 · Conduct in the community

Community spaces are moderated. No diagnoses, dosing advice or product promotion in posts, and no sharing of other members' data. We can suspend access for behaviour that endangers other members; [SUSPENSION/TERMINATION CONSEQUENCES].

8 · Intellectual property

All episodes, texts and materials belong to [PROVIDER]. A personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own participation is granted; sharing accounts or redistributing content is not allowed.

9 · Liability
